Editorial Policy
Trust is the only currency an education site has. Here's exactly how our content gets made, checked, and kept honest.

Our mission
Money Journal AI exists to help beginners and retail investors understand how artificial intelligence intersects with money: clearly, honestly, and without hype. We are an educational publication, not a financial advisor, and we optimize for reader understanding, not for clicks or product placements.
How our content is created
Every article is attributed to a named author with a visible profile and area of focus. Our writers use AI tools as part of the research and drafting process (we cover AI, and we use it), but every published piece is reviewed by a human editor for accuracy, clarity, and fairness before it goes live.
We do not publish fully automated, unreviewed content, and we do not invent statistics, quotes, or examples. When we describe companies, research, or historical events, those references are real and checkable.
Sourcing standards
We prioritize primary sources: SEC filings, regulator publications (Federal Reserve, CFPB, IRS), peer-reviewed research, and companies' own documentation. When we cite research or data, we name the source in the text so you can verify it yourself. If a claim can't be traced to a credible source, it doesn't ship.
Updates and freshness
Financial products, tax rules, and AI tools change quickly. We periodically review our most read articles and update figures, product details, and regulatory references. Each article displays its publication date, and materially updated articles show a revised date.
Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it. Material errors are corrected in the article as soon as we confirm them. If you spot an error, tell us via the contact page. We genuinely want to know, and we act on reader corrections.
Independence and monetization
Our content may be supported by advertising and, in the future, affiliate partnerships (disclosed on our affiliate page). Advertisers and partners do not review, approve, or influence our editorial content, rankings, or conclusions. If a tool is weak, we say so, regardless of who makes it.
What we are not
We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, tax preparer, or law firm. Nothing we publish is personalized financial advice. See our disclaimer for the full picture, and consult licensed professionals for decisions about your money.
